THE CHALLENGE

Adeel has traded for over ten years and built a community around it.

Anyone considering joining is really asking one question: can I trust this person with my money and my time?

He needed a site that answered it — one people could actually find, that loaded before they lost patience, and that walked a stranger from curious to signed up.

WHAT I BUILT

A fast, clearly structured site built to be found and to convert.

I gave Google everything it needs to read and recommend the site, made it load in about a second on a phone, and set up tracking so Adeel can see what visitors actually do rather than guessing.

We spoke every two to three days, so the wording and structure came from him, not from me guessing what his audience wanted to hear.

The short version

Adeel has traded the markets for over ten years and built Wall Street Akhi into a community around that experience. He needed a website that could do the convincing for him — somewhere a stranger could land, trust him within seconds, and join. The site is live at wallstreetakhi.com, the main content appears in about a second, and Google scores it a perfect 100 on how well it is built to be found.

What was at stake

Anyone considering a trading community is really asking one question: can I trust this person with my money and my time? A slow, confusing or hard-to-find website answers that question badly before the founder gets to say a word.

Adeel already had an audience and something worth joining. The site had three jobs: be found by people searching, load fast enough that nobody gives up waiting, and walk a first-time visitor from curious to signed up.

Getting found on Google

Search engines only recommend pages they can read and understand properly. I gave the site the groundwork Google looks for: clear page titles and descriptions written for people rather than robots, one tidy list of every page so nothing gets missed, and a plain description of the business that search engines can read directly.

Google now sees the whole site, and rates it 100 out of 100 on its own search-readiness check.

Looking right when it gets shared

Communities grow through word of mouth, and links get pasted into WhatsApp, Telegram and X all day. I set the site up so every shared link shows a proper preview — the right title, description and image — instead of a bare address. Nothing is faked along the way: no invented ratings or reviews, which search engines penalise and visitors see through.

Knowing what is actually working

Adeel can now see how many people visit, which pages they read, where they came from and where they lose interest. That turns guesswork into decisions.

Worth telling: the tracking was installed but reporting nothing at all. The site was quietly blocking its own visitor tracking as a side effect of a security setting. I traced it, fixed it, and confirmed real visits showing up live. It is the kind of fault that looks fine from the outside and would have left Adeel making decisions blind for months.

Fast, even on a phone with bad signal

Most visitors arrive on a phone, often on mobile data. The first thing appears on screen in three tenths of a second, the main content lands in about a second, and nothing jumps around while the page loads — so nobody taps the wrong thing.

The biggest single win was unglamorous: large screenshots were being downloaded at full size before anyone had scrolled far enough to see them. I resized them and held them back until they were needed. People stay on fast sites, and Google ranks fast sites higher, so one fix pays twice.

Ready for how people search now

More people are asking ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google’s AI answers questions like "is this community worth joining" instead of scrolling through blue links. I published a short, factual summary of who Adeel is and what Wall Street Akhi offers, written straight from the real site copy, so those tools describe it accurately rather than guessing.

How we worked

We spoke every two to three days. Adeel saw the work in progress, said what he liked and what he did not, and the next round built on that. No month of silence followed by a big reveal — the structure and the wording ended up shaped by how he actually wanted to guide his audience.

Where it landed

  • Live at wallstreetakhi.com.
  • Google’s own quality checks: 100 for search readiness, 100 for best practices, 97 for speed, 96 for accessibility.
  • Main content on screen in around a second, with nothing shifting as the page loads.
  • Adeel can see exactly where his visitors come from and what they do next.
  • Registered with Google so new pages get picked up automatically.
  • Set up so AI assistants describe the community accurately when someone asks about it.

THE OUTCOME

Live, fast, and easy to find — with a clear path from first visit to joining.
