Referral thank-you terms

This promotion is run by Tayyab Ejaz Mushtaq, trading as Built by Tayyab. If you introduce a new client who goes on to hire me, I will pay you 10% of the professional fee I actually receive for that client's first project, subject to these terms.

The promotion starts on 27 July 2026 and ends at 23:59 CEST (Madrid time) on 10 August 2026. The new client's first enquiry must be received during this period. Their project may start or finish later.

• The prospective client must be new to Built by Tayyab.
• They must name the referrer in their first enquiry. A name or social-media handle is enough.
• Only one referrer can be recorded for each new client. If more than one person claims a referral, the first referral documented in the client's enquiry records counts.
• Self-referrals do not qualify.

The reward is 10% of the professional fee actually and finally received for the first project. VAT, refunds and third-party costs—including hosting, domains, paid software and other expenses—are excluded.

I will pay the reward within 14 days after the referred client's project is complete and their invoice has been paid in full. Cancelled, refunded or unpaid projects do not earn a reward. The referrer is responsible for declaring and paying any tax due on their reward.

Please let the prospective client contact me directly; do not send me somebody else's contact details without their permission. If you promote this offer publicly, make the commercial relationship clear at the start—for example: “Ad — I receive a 10% referral fee if a new client hires Built by Tayyab through me.”

I will use referral details to record and verify the introduction, contact the referrer about payment, and meet legal or accounting obligations.

I may amend or withdraw this promotion for future referrals. A qualifying referral already received will remain subject to the terms in force when the client made their first enquiry.
